The Member acknowledges that it has become aware of the fact that its profile will be suspended without any possible recourse if one of the points of these Terms of Use is not respected.
1. Object:
1.1 These Terms of Use (hereinafter: ToS) define the terms and conditions under which TENBESTWEBSITES SA (hereinafter referred to as TENBESTWEBSITES) a corporation registered in the public registry of Panama, provides online dating services between persons.
1.2 These conditions apply to all users of services provided by TENBESTWEBSITES, irrespective of the country of access or use.
1.3 These Terms and Conditions constitute a contract governing relations between members of TENBESTWEBSITES.
1.4 The purpose of the agreement applies both to free services and to payment services. Before using a payment service, the customer will be notified that this service is payment and the costs incurred by that service.
1.5 The purpose of the contract is not the services of a marriage agency or a continuous and periodic service of any kind to enter into an association or marriage.
1.6 When registering as a member in TENBESTWEBSITES, the client accepts these conditions. These form an integral part of the contract.
1.7 The use of this service is prohibited to minors (less than 18 years old). Entries cannot be taken into account in case of rejecting or not respecting these terms.
